Adult's Packages

* We open for groups in the evenings for a minimum of 12 crafters.

* All of our packages include in-house crafts only - we may be able to arrange other crafters to come in such as Macrame/Needle felting but additional charges will apply - thank you*

Craft and Eat - Perfect for Team Building/Groups - (Minimum of 4 in our opening hours - max of 9 or min of 12 for an evening) -  £19.95pp

  • Craft  (glass painting, decorate a plant pot, wooden letter painting, tea-light holders, coasters, flat hanging Christmas bauble or 19cm plate - (there is an additional £4 charge to paint a large hanging/freestanding Christmas bauble) 

  • Choice of food from our standard menu (jacket potato, sandwiches, soup or cream tea - additional charges apply for special menus)

  • Dedicated area to one side of the café  

  • 2 Hours

Package 1 - Team Building/Groups/Hen Party/Baby Shower/Birthday – Smaller groups (Minimum of 4 crafters - max of 9 - within our opening hours) - £18.95pp 

  • Craft including materials (we can discuss this to find the perfect activity)

  • Jugs of water/squash

  • Decorated table

  • 2 Hours

  • Gift for bride/new parent

Package 2 – Team Building/Groups/Hen Party/Baby Shower/Birthday - Larger groups (Minimum of 10 crafters) – Exclusive use of whole café - £19.95pp

  • Craft including materials (we can discuss this to find the perfect activity)

  • Jugs of water/squash provided

  • Decorated table

  • 2.5 Hours to include gift opening time if required

  • Gift for bride/new parent

Package 3 – The Family/Friends Gathering

Get all the family (aunties, uncles, cousins) together for a big crafty party - please email flowcraftcafe@gmail.com with numbers of Adults/Children and we will get back to you. Perfect for a Birthday or Christmas get together. 

Choose your food alongside any craft package - (These prices are only applicable alongside craft packages - Allergens catered for - please ask)

  • Traditional Cream Tea - A homemade fruit scone, strawberry jam, clotted cream, fruit with a cup of tea or coffee - £5pp

  • Cold Buffet Sharers - A mixture of savoury and sweet - sandwiches, crackers, olives, vegetable sticks, pickles, biscuits, chocolates and fruit - £9pp

  • Vegetable chilli with Jacket Potato - includes tortilla chips, dips, cheese and more - £10pp

  • Afternoon Tea Sharers - Dainty sandwiches, delicate cakes, fresh fruit and scones all presented on tiered stands - £12pp
