Come and learn how to make a Silver Stacking Ring with April Dace Jewellery; Norfolk-based Goldsmith and Jewellery Designer.
 
April will guide you through the step-by-step stages of how to make a Sterling Silver Stacking Ring from start to finish. You'll learn about the tools and materials, how to measure your ring size, how to use pliers and other tools to form a ring shape, solder, hammer, file and polish your ring. You'll get to choose what finish you'd like to have on the ring, whether it be a plain polished effect, a hammered or satin texture or something more alternative! 
 
At the end of the workshop, you will walk away with a stunning handmade silver ring you can either wear yourself or gift to someone special.
 
All tools and materials provided. Aimed at complete beginners.
 
**Because we will be soldering, filing and polishing I strongly advise you to wear appropriate clothing for a workshop environment. I wouldn't advise wearing your best pair of jeans or new pair of shoes. No loose articles of clothing or jewellery such as tassels, scarves or long necklaces. 
Closed toe/sensible shoes.
Long hair tied back.
Bring an apron or coverall if you have one.
Bring glasses if you need them for close up work or reading."

Refreshments are not included with the workshop but they are available to purchase. 
 
Cancellation: Hopefully this will not happen but due to supplies needing to be ordered we will need to deduct 50% of the total cost of the workshop if cancelled within 7 days before the workshop. Workshops that are unattended on the day are non refundable and non transferrable.
